Let's talk about video production. Get in touch.
Videos that sparked conversations and opened doors
The video of 27 Degrees West received 722 views from 542 members, totaling 158 minutes of watch time. Beyond the impressive metrics, Mint’s Managing Director, Mark Donlon, was so pleased with the outcome that he immediately requested similar videos for other projects nearing completion, including Moomoo SG, Singapore Cricket Club, and TRX Food Exchange. The response didn’t just stop at views—industry peers commented on the posts, leading to meetings and discussions about new project opportunities. The successful video walkthroughs set a new standard for Mint, proving that showcasing their work could be as dynamic as the projects themselves.
From LinkedIn to YouTube for greater visibility
As part of our ongoing strategy, we launched a YouTube channel for Mint to help their videos rank on Google, further boosting their online presence. These videos were also embedded into each project’s case study on Mint’s website, creating a comprehensive and engaging portfolio. This multi-platform approach not only amplified Mint’s visibility but also reinforced their position as industry innovators.

We multiplied awareness with video walkthroughs
Building services engineering contractor Mint Building Services is renowned for delivering high-quality design and build services for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) systems within commercial spaces, including sectors such as hospitality, restaurants, and offices. While Mint is recognised in the industry for its exceptional work, the majority of its projects were documented through written case studies, many of which were not publicised on its website. Instead, they remained on mundane lists circulated for tender submissions. This presented an opportunity to reimagine how Mint showcased its achievements to enhance its visibility.
Setting out to do what’s never done by other contractors
It all started with a bold, out-of-pocket approach to one of Mint’s latest projects: the completion of 27 Degrees West, a modern Indian restaurant on Orchard Road. While drafting the traditional case study, we asked ourselves, “How can this project be showcased in a way that appeals to Mint’s audience?” Knowing that Mint’s key audience—main contractors, project managers, cost consultants, and architects—primarily engages on LinkedIn, and with the platform’s recent push for video content, we decided to test the waters. We created a video walkthrough and posted it on Mint’s company page, which had only 250 followers at the time.
