ISG’s commitment to delivering exceptional spaces is not just showcased through its construction expertise but also through the stories it curates alongside its clients. One such collaboration was with Datacom Malaysia, a leading IT service provider, on the fit-out of their new office in Kuala Lumpur. To truly highlight the transformative journey of this project, a video case study was produced, featuring an in-depth interview with Andrew Goodwin, the Chief Operating Officer of Datacom Malaysia.


This video case study was designed to share firsthand insights into the successful collaboration between ISG and Datacom Malaysia, while demonstrating the seamless execution of their vision for a state-of-the-art office space.


Bringing the story to life through Andrew Goodwin's perspective


The decision to capture Datacom Malaysia's journey in video format stemmed from the outstanding feedback received from a Customer Experience (CX) review, where the project earned a high Net Promoter Score (NPS), reflecting its success and the strong working relationship between ISG and Datacom. At the heart of the video case study was an interview with Andrew Goodwin, who offered invaluable insights into the project’s challenges, the collaborative approach, and the ultimate achievement of Datacom’s office fit-out vision.


To ensure authenticity, the filming took place on-site at Datacom’s office in Kuala Lumpur, allowing the setting to reflect the narrative. The entire production process, from scripting and conducting the interview to filming, editing, and post-production, was carefully crafted to convey the essence of the project and the close partnership between the two companies.
